Our Investment Criteria

We are focused on acquiring a single, well-established business that meets the following criteria. Our approach is designed to identify companies that are both a strong fit for long-term ownership and capable of sustained growth under our stewardship:

Established Operations

We prefer businesses that have been in operation for at least 10 years, with well-established processes, systems, and customer bases. A business with a proven operational model and predictable cash flow is ideal.

Targeting SDE/EBITDA greater than $300,000
With stable year to year growth.

Competitive edge

We target companies that have a clear competitive edge in their market. This could be through product quality, customer service, proprietary technology, or strong supplier relationships. A business with a sustainable competitive advantage is more likely to thrive under new ownership.

Great people

We value businesses with a strong, competent management teams in place. Ideally, the business should have leaders who are invested in the company’s success, and whose expertise will contribute to long-term growth.

Growth Potential

We are particularly interested in businesses with untapped potential for growth. This could be geographic expansion, product line extension, operational efficiencies, or new customer segments.
